Smith’s concert promoters released a statement earlier this week in which the singer thanks fans for their patience and announces that his voice has returned following surgery he received in Boston last month. “I can now announce that my canceled In the Lonely Hour tour dates have been rescheduled!“ Smith says in the statement. “I promise it will be so much better than it would have been before when my voice was damaged…I am so grateful to every one of you.“ Smith also celebrated on Facebook by posting a picture of Ariel from The Little Mermaid (who gives up her voice to be with her prince) with the caption, “I CAN SPEAK AGAIN!!!“…
