An on-demand designed driver service called BLAXi is soon launching in San Diego, Los Angeles and San Francisco. The free app, available on iOS with an Android version to follow, will send two BLAXi drivers to your location; one will drive your car home while the other follows in a BLAXi vehicle. The drivers will arrive within 10 to 15 minutes of being called. However, if you’re a super-organized drunk, you can pre-schedule a ride for up to six hours ahead of time. BLAXi will charge riders based on mileage and says their prices are comparable to Uber and Lyft. Their goal is to be in all major cities by the end of this year…
