Bankrate.com is out with its annual rankings of the best and worst cities to retire in, with Arizona municipalities accounting for three of the top four spots. Bankrate based its rankings on such factors as cost of living, crime, walkability, taxes, health care, and weather. By these measures, New York is the worst city to retire in, followed by Little Rock, New Haven, Buffalo, and Newark.
