With the current season of American Idol slated to end on Wednesday, E! reports that the reality competition’s 15th season, scheduled to start in January, will be its last. Current judges Jennifer Lopez, Keith Urban and Harry Connick Jr. are all expected to return for the final season, which is expected to serve as a look back on the 14 previous seasons.
