2 Chocolate Bars Per Day = Lower Heart Disease Risk

Here’s a study about chocolate that is thankfully not bogus: Research published yesterday in the medical journal Heart finds that the more chocolate you eat, the more you lower your risks for heart disease or stroke. The risk is lowered whether you consume milk chocolate, dark chocolate, hot cocoa, or other chocolate products, and the benefits are at their best when your intake measures about 100 grams of chocolate per day–the equivalent of two chocolate bars–which lowered heart disease risk by 25 percent and stroke risk by 23 percent!

Excuse me, now…I’m off to buy some Hershey bars…
