FOX is cuckoo for TV reboots. The network, which aired a 24 reboot last year and is currently shooting an X-Files revival, announced yesterday that it’s also reviving 2005-2009 action-drama Prison Break as a 10-episode event-series sequel. “It’s going to bring back both brothers, [played by] Wentworth Miller and Dominic Purcell,“ FOX CEO Gary Newman said at a Television Critics’ Association event yesterday–even though Miller’s character died in the series’ straight-to-DVD finale Prison Break: The Final Break.
