The Gift: Personally, of the movies I’ve seen, this is the BEST choice this weekend. Jason Bateman in a very different type of role than what we’re use to seeing him play. And it was really good. This movie has a great twist that keeps you guessing the entire time.
Fantastic Four: Unfortunately this movie was far from “fantastic”. I think they spent way too much time developing the back story, and did not give us enough of the Super Hero part. Even though the cast of Fantastic Four are some of young Hollywoods up and coming stars, this movie was pretty much a let down. It might work for some younger kids who go to see it, but I don’t think a real comic book fan will appreciate this film they way they hoped.
Dark Places: I was actually hoping for this to be better, but it was something I really could not get into. Very slow and not a little predictable. Might be better to watch on Redbox when it comes out there in a couple of months.

The End Of The Tour: The movie I will be seeing this weekend. And it’s only playing at The Camelview here in the Valley. But from all the things I’ve heard this is one to see.
