Netflix announced yesterday that its employees will now enjoy “unlimited” maternity and paternity leave, allowing them to take off as much time they want during the first year after they give birth to or adopt a child. Parnets will keep receiving their paychecks while on leave, then be able to return “part-time, full-time or return and then go back out as needed,“ according to a company statement.
