McDonald’s has been including plastic versions of characters from the animated film Minions (out this weekend) in its Happy Meals lately, and a video posted on YouTube yesterday suggests that the talking toys swear. In the video, the “Caveman Minion“ character appears to utter the phrases “What the f**k?,“ and “Well, I’ll be da*ned!” when prompted. For its part, McDonald’s says any linguistic similarity to English profanity is purely coincidental, as “Minions speak ‘Minionese,’ which is a random combination of languages and nonsense words”…
